1. How much should I expect to pay for service?

Rates are contingent on service type and hours requested. We offer hourly pricing and 24-hour live-in service. To ensure we are delivering the best service possible we recommend contacting us to speak with one of our care coordinators.

2. What will happen afterhours if I need to contact you?

Safe and Secure Senior Care, LLC is committed to service. There will be a personnel staff member available to take your call 365 days a year, including holidays. This commitment is not limited to simply taking a call, but also committed to service.

3. Will there be confusion in communication due to multiple caregivers?

Connecting with our clients and promoting stability is a great contribution to providing excellent service. Each client will have the option to select two different caregivers, one regular caregiver and the other to fill in. This is referred to as care teams and the teams work diligently together to weed out confusion.

4. How long does it take to get service started?

Service can begin within hours of initial contact. One of our care coordinators will come out to assess, complete a plan of care and then a service agreement is signed. For emergencies, the process is a bit different. For emergencies, we take all the pertinent information and payment via telephone. Then get a caregiver out to staff the shift, often accompanied by care coordinator.

5. Will I be notified in advance of a new caregiver showing up to my home?

Absolutely. Communication is one of our biggest compliments.

6. Do all your caregivers have the same training?

Yes. All our caregivers undergo the same extensive training. However, one must keep in mind the various skills and abilities are unique. For this reason, we strive to ensure each client is matched accordingly.

7. How are caregivers chosen to work for your In-Home Senior Care?

As previously stated, our caregivers undergo extensive training not limited to service. Our caregivers are also screened thoroughly prior to employment. Department of Justus Clarence, Random Drug Testing, DMV cleared (records reviewed), and all references are checked.

8. Is there a discounted rate for a 12-hour shift?

Yes. Please feel free to contact the office for full details.

9. Will I have to be concerned with the punctuality of my caregiver?

Because we are truly committed to service each caregiver has been trained and understand the importance of punctuality. Expected delays, departure times are all communicated and followed through with the administrator to ensure service is as expected.

10. What is the expected pay schedule? When will I be billed?

We bill out every other week. If monthly billing is preferred for any reason, please reach out to us and convey your concerns.
